Buildwise Projects Pty Ltd brings together a group of building professionals with years of design and construction experience.  Buildwise was established under the name Contract Check in 2004 after seeing the many issues and misunderstandings between builders and clients during a project, including issues with payment, overcharging, poor quality workmanship, slow projects and a lack of understanding of the building process.

Buildwise Projects provides peace of mind to our clients through providing a building professional as your project manager, to represent our clients interests and speak the builder’s language on your behalf to ensure a smooth process. This can reduce the emotional and often financial stress of a building project.

We are an independent building experts our clients can rely on for support and advice.

Buildwise Projects manages the design process, provides detailed programming, quality control, cost control and progress reports to keep our clients informed every step of the way.

This allows our clients to focus on what you do best and leave the mechanics of the building project to us.

Our management team draws on over three decades of project and construction management experience. Buildwise Projects has earned the confidence of its clients through ensuring high quality workmanship, customer service and results which reflects the client’s requirements.

Managing Director Georgia McKay has more than 28 years experience including offices, retail, high end residential homes, multi residential apartments, ski resorts, hotel and hospitality and medical facilities.  Roles have included site management, project management, master planning and development management. Georgia has extensive hands on construction experience and is a registered domestic and commercial builder.
