This 1890 s Victorian Mansion is prominent on Beaconsfield Parade in St Kilda.
It is on the National Trust Register. The structure was completely refurbished with replacement of external render, roofing, concrete mouldings and fenestration. A large new addition was undertaken at the rear around a central courtyard. The original brick stables were also fully restored. The site at the rear comprised 3 levels of 1960s apartments. These were demolished to make way for a large garden and pool and 90,000 litre underground water tank. We undertook the Project Management of the project. Project Value $5 M
